Why financial advising, and why real estate?
I’ve made it my mission to turn the often dry world of finance into a more engaging experience for my clients. In real estate, you need both the hard numbers and personal interaction with clients. For me, financial advising in the real estate sector is the perfect blend of both.
What are your strengths that help you succeed at Strike?
I’m driven by a desire to constantly grow and improve. I embrace challenges and strive to learn from every mistake. This drive for growth, and the willingness to question, and refine everything, aligns perfectly with a dynamic company like Strike.
What opportunities do you have to shape the company’s development or your own work?
As long as the results are there, I have a lot of freedom in sales. Processes aren’t set in stone and can be developed collaboratively. These freedoms also come with the opportunity to take on significant responsibilities—towards clients, financial partners, and real estate agents.
What excites you most about your role at Strike?
I value the focus on goals, the flexibility, and having a say in decisions. You can make a real impact, and decisions are made fast.
What’s most important to you when working with others?
I work with a variety of stakeholders: real estate agents, banking partners, and colleagues. This only works if everyone’s on the same page.
