Our hiring process

4 key steps

1. Application 

As the first step in the process, it gives you the opportunity to tell us all about yourself. Our team will go through all applications.

2. Interviews 

At this stage, we'd like to get to know you better and give you a chance to ask us questions. If we see a match during the first call interview, you will go through one or 2 on-site interviews. The team is a fundamental pillar for building a successful venture and a strong company culture. As such, you will mainly be in contact with the person you will be reporting directly to.

3. Assessment 

Regarding the type of job position you are applying for, we may ask you to go through a practical assessment. This step enables us to evaluate your skills and ability to help us stepping up.

4. Offer
