In your role as Human Resources Business Partner, you will take an active role in developing an HR strategy that supports the organization’s growth, performance, and objectives. As an experienced human resource professional, you will advise and support the management on HR matters.


Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the HR strategy and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Implement and coordinate the talent development strategy, including training and performance review

  • Design new talent acquisition strategy and manage the full recruitment process in collaboration with the managers

  • Manage conflicts between employees and develop conflict resolution process

  • Promote corporate values and shape a positive culture

  • Advise employees and managers on HR matters

  • Prepare employee work certificate

Job requirements

Job requirements

  • Certificate in Human Resource Management or equivalent

  • 4 to 8 years of experience as an HR director or business partner, ideally in startups/scale ups

  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including recruitment, performance and talent development, conflict management, corporate culture

  • In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR best practices

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and German, good knowledge of English

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with empathy and sensitivity, ability to manage difficult and/or sensitive situations,

  • Sense of confidentiality

  • Thorough understanding of the organization, the core business functions and interactions

  • Great team player, self-driven, proactive, dynamic

  • Project management skill, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Permanent workplace in Lausanne or Zurich (open), with frequent travels to Zurich/Lausanne headquarters
