Your tasks

  • Developing, testing and standardising new services and products, mainly focussed on buyer services, mortgages, insurances and business clients

  • Exploring needs of Neho clients and employees and developing solutions for such needs

  • Develop and execute qualifying and quantifying tests, experiments and interviews, in cooperation with other departments

  • Test and scale new services and partnerships, in cooperating with other departments

  • Train other departments in newly developed products and services

  • Scan the market for new competitors, business opportunities and partners

  • Regularly support other departments and colleagues in their daily operations, in a variety of tasks, such as by calling potential clients, preparing documents and presentations or other

Your profile

  • Recently graduated (within 2 years) as Bachelor or higher degree in Finances, Real Estate or equivalent experience

  • Basic knowledge of the Swiss real estate market

  • Ability to think across boundaries and challenge the status quo

  • Thrives in challenging tasks

  • Strong written and verbal sales, communication and organisational skills

  • Entrepreneurial drive to develop an unmatched service in Switzerland

  • Professional proficiency in German or French and good proficiency in English

  • Comfortable with adapting to new technologies and digital tools

  • High sense of responsibility, autonomy, flexibility and integrity
